Once again, LISTEMELA will be sponsoring its annual Fall Conference at the Crest Hollow Country Club on Monday, November 13, 2017.  We are excited to announce that McGraw Hill Education is sponsoring this year’s Keynote speaker, Page Keeley.  Page Keeley, M.Ed. is a nationally-renowned expert on science formative assessment and teaching for conceptual change. She is the author of several award-winning books and journal articles on uncovering student thinking using formative assessment probes and techniques. She was the Science Program Director at the Maine Mathematics and Science Alliance for 16 years where she directed projects in the areas of leadership, standards-based curriculum and instruction, formative assessment, professional development design, and instructional coaching. She has directed several major

National Science Foundation–funded projects and is a past President of the National Science Teachers Association. Currently she is an independent consultant providing professional development to school districts and science education organizations and a frequent invited speaker at national conferences. In addition, to our keynote and breakout sessions, we will have the SCIMEX Vendor Showcase with the newest STEM related materials for you to see and take home.
